About Us

Core Offroad was born from a deep passion for 4WD touring and adventure.

Founders Troy Brown, James Egan, and Jodi Egan, along with their team, spent years exploring the harshest terrains across Australia, pushing their gear to the limits, breaking components, and refining their setups. Frustrated by the lack of durability, functionality and attention to detail in existing products, they saw an opportunity to redefine the 4WD industry.

What started as an idea in late 2018 quickly evolved into a full-scale mission to design and build high-quality, custom canopies, trays and on-road accessories that would surpass anything on the market.

By early 2019, the team was deep in research and development – analysing what worked, discarding what didn’t, and engineering innovative solutions to improve strength, functionality and design. Their vision resonated instantly with the market, and demand for Core Offroad products skyrocketed. Today, production is running at full steam, with a relentless focus on innovation, quality, and customer-driven customisations. Despite being a young brand, Core Offroad has cemented itself as a leader in the industry, blending cutting-edge design with real-world testing in Australia’s toughest conditions.
